User's agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) is concluded between iQuestion (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement - the Agent) and a capable individual (hereinafter - the User).
The agreement to enter into this agreement (acceptance of the offer) is to register or authorize in the Mobile application iQuestion. This Agreement is considered concluded (enters into force) from the moment that occurs earlier: completion of the User registration procedure in the iQuestion Mobile Application or authorization by the User in the iQuestion Mobile Application.
1. Who this policy applies to
«User» means a person who uses the iQuestion App.
2. Registration in the mobile application iQuestion App and the Procedure for its use
2.1. To use the mobile application or some of its individual functions, the User must go through the registration procedure, as a result of which a unique account (Account) will be created for the User and access to the mobile application will be granted.
2.2. To register, the User undertakes to accurately and completely fill in the information about himself on the issues offered in the Registration Form, and to keep this information up to date. The user is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information provided during registration (e-mail address, full name).
2.3. The user has the right to register no more than one account.
2.4. The user is solely responsible for all actions (as well as their consequences) in the use of the mobile application iQuestion under his credentials.
2.5. The Agent is not responsible for the selection of the User's password by third parties and any actions performed by them using the selected password.
2.6. The User is obliged to immediately notify the Agent of any case of unauthorized (unauthorized) access to the mobile application iQuestion App and / or of any violation (suspected violation) of the confidentiality of his account.
2.7. The Agent has the right to send advertising and informational messages to the User. If the User does not wish to receive such messages, he may request the cancellation of information through his Settings screen.
3. Rights and obligations of the Agent
3.1. The Agent undertakes to make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the mobile application iQuestion, regardless of the causes of such failures and their duration.
3.2. As the mobile application iQuestion is at the stage of constant addition and updating of features and questions, the name and composition of the provided functions may change from time to time without prior notice of the User, the Agent has the right to terminate (temporarily or permanently) any individual functions.
3.3. The agent undertakes to regularly improve the hardware and software complex, but does not guarantee that the software of the iQuestion App does not contain errors, the hardware will not go out of operation and will function smoothly.
4. Rights and obligations of the User
4.1. The User undertakes to read the current version of the Agreement each time he visits the iQuestion mobile application and to adhere to its provisions.
5. How to play iQuestion Quiz?
5.1. Check your knowledge: answer questions, read descriptions for correct answers and compete with other players.
5.2. All questions are filtered by Categories. You can select any category.
5.3. Take your place in the ranking. You can always turn off your display in the rating on the Settings page.
6. Processing of personal data
6.1. When registering in the Mobile Application, the User provides the Agent with the following personal data:
- Surname
- Name
- Photo (from Facebook \ Google \ Apple)
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to fulfill the obligations and provide the services provided for in this Agreement.
6.2. If you want to delete your data from our application, write to us at E-mail: ads.batvina@gmail.com. In the letter, indicate your Surname, First name, Email, we will delete your data within 24 hours.
7. Ads in the mobile application
7.1. The mobile application iQuestion is free, but the Agent reserves the right to display Ads in the application.
